The company develops an award-winning AI Interaction Analytics Platform – Callinter. It enables enterprises to enhance their Automatic Quality Management and Sales Compliance processes. By analysing voice calls, emails and live chats, Callinter enables businesses to gain a holistic view of their customer interactions more efficiently and effectively. Callinter applies to sales compliance and risks detection; business insights and sales opportunity discovery, and churn detection. Their solutions have been widely adopted in 40+ banks and FSIs, telecom, utilities, government and public sectors.

Position Summary:

As the Business Development Director, you would develop new customers directly with the support from the Solution Consulting team. You are a key player in an energetic team of highly skilled and entrepreneurial professionals, who are ready to disrupt the traditional process of the industry. You should have strong experience in driving complex sales cycles and a successful track record in achieving your targets. You will be rewarded with competitive compensation packages and exceptional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive      regional sales cycles to meet targets.

  • Build      and maintain relationships with C-level and operational executives in key      accounts.

  • Understand      client needs and recommend AI solutions to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Deliver      presentations, demos, proposals, and other sales activities.

  • Collaborate      with SIs and partners to align solutions with client requirements.

  • Stay      updated on competitive products and solutions.

  • Maintain      timely account updates in CRM.

Requirements:

3–7 years of enterprise software sales experience, with 3+ years selling to large enterprises.

  • Proven      success in closing multi-year, large enterprise deals.

  • Strong      connections with senior executives in Financial Services.

  • Experience      in selling Fintech or customer service solutions (preferred).

  • Consistent      achievement of sales targets.

  • Strong      presentation and English writing skills.

  • Self-motivated,      energetic, and organized.
