About the job 

• Research, develop and implement the company's innovation strategy and research direction, driving the initiation and progress of innovation projects. 

• Manage both basic and applied research efforts, ensuring that research outcomes are effectively translated into practical innovative products or solutions. 

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering departments to align innovation activities with company strategy. 

• Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of innovation projects, optimizing innovation processes and resource allocation. 

• Assist in the company's research planning efforts.
