The People team at The company is responsible for building scalable people frameworks as the company continues its expansion globally. We are a next-gen people team who share the same passion for the people function and believe it is the single most important factor that drives the success of our company.

We are now seeking a Manager, People Operations , to join our team in the Functional Department based in Hong Kong to participate in scaling our operations globally.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee      end-to-end employee life cycle including on/off-boarding and orientation,      visa processing, payroll and benefits administration, for the team based      in Hong Kong

  • Manage      the annual compensation cycle and performance management process

  • Present      monthly reports tracking headcount, staff costs, and other critical      metrics for management review

  • Optimize      the HR system to continuously improve processes and workflow, and provide      guidance to new users for effective system utilization

  • Participate      in benefits program reviews, including negotiating cost-effective renewals      with vendors and communicating updates to employees

  • Work      closely with People Business Partner to provide guidance and support on      people-related matters

  • Collaborate      with the rest of the People function to support employee engagement      initiatives to deliver excellent employee experience

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s      degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Minimum      6 years hands-on experience in HR operations in a global corporate      environment

  • Strong      knowledge of employment ordinance, workflows and compliance requirements

  • Analytical      mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable      recommendations

  • Comfortable      operating fast and efficiently with minimal instructions

  • Ability      to manage complexity in a matrix-style organization

  • Excellent      communication and organizational skills
